It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for this fee. Those fees are established once the package arrived in the destination country and the price is established based on the price and nature of the package.

Can I exchange or get a refund?

All of our products are final sales. No refund, an exchange is possible in case of a wrong size, model or colour.
